Member for Nyakach is trying to imply on the part of the Minister for Trade and Industry; that the Minister is basically trotting around the globe for his own personal gain. Could he please, substantiate that allegation?

On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I think Mr. Odoyo is trying to 2324 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES July 25, 2006 be semantic. He is still speaking about the same thing that I have challenged him to substantiate. We all know that the Minster for Trade and Industry is doing a pretty good job for this country and it is not personal. Could he substantiate?
