Order, hon. Members! First, let us not try shortcuts. This is a Motion which has come before the House. The Motion has been proposed, seconded and it is still being discussed. What other business are we talking about somebody withdrawing the Motion? It is not there! As far as the Chair is concerned this is the business and property of the House.
