Order! I appreciate what you say, Mr. Kembi-Gitura. However, at the end of the day, the content of whatever we are doing here will be looked at when the Attorney-General is drafting the Act. I think if there are any issues which are not tallying--- That exercise can be done. But, as I said, that we will deal with Clause 28(1) and (2) separately. Even after saying that and listening to you, it is already done, and we will have to proceed.
