Yes, that is my understanding! Once we re-commit it to the Committee of the whole House, we shall go through the normal process. We shall vote on it in the normal way. I do not think there is any other way we can do it other than that. That is the way I understand it!

Members, we are going back to the Committee of the whole House to consider that September 13, 2007 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 3953 particular aspect of the National Assembly and Presidential Elections Act (Cap.7) as I have explained. We are going back to the Committee of the whole House to specifically deal with that, and then, thereafter, the House will resume.
