Order, Mr. Osundwa! In fact, I do not know what type of point of order you are raising. Mr. Mwenje has not said that what the House Business Committee decides in its meetings is final. I believe Mr. Mwenje wants to say that some Members of Parliament who sit in the House Business Committee on this side support the Motion. He is not saying it. Proceed!

Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise to seek a Ministerial Statement from the Minister of State for Special Programmes. On Saturday, 11th August, 2007, a terrible and very sad incident took place in a village in Malava Constituency in Kakamega North District. A mudslide on the slopes of Nandi Escarpment took place killing around 20 people. Four days since the incident occurred, only few bodies have been retrieved from the mudslide using very primitive equipment by the people from the Red Cross Society of Kenya and the local population.
