  • 14 Feb 2017 in National Assembly: Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I support this amendment because there have been too many names on early childhood education. There have been names like “pre- primary”, “baby class”, “pre-unit” and many others. This law is going to be very useful in this country. Situations where torture, cruelty, inhuman or degrading treatment arise are ... view
  • 7 Feb 2017 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I want to support Hon. Kamama. It is a requirement of the Constitution that we take care of all. Just like the recent case we had of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), you can see the youth have fitted very well and they are doing a great job in the country. We, therefore, want to encourage our youth in the country to participate in matters that are bigger than what was practised in the earlier years. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman.
