  • 16 Oct 2007 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank the Assistant Minister for that answer. However, Road D.305 is a 20-kilometre road and only Kshs3 million has been provided for its repair. Is the money for gravelling or repairing the road? Secondly, a contractor was awarded the contract to construct the road between Kesses and 4464 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES October 16, 2007 Lessos one-and-a-half years ago. The road is only 12 kilometres long and so far, only a half of the work has been done. What action will the Assistant Minister take against this contractor? view
