  • 23 Aug 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, it is just a small omission because the proposal as printed does not say what should be done. The word “deleting” is missing. It is just a typo. So, it is to amend Clause 279 by deleting the words. view

  • 23 Aug 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, we fully agreed to this new clause. As explained by hon. Karua, we do not want it to appear like the people are tortured and there is any inhuman treatment. Therefore, it is a modern force. This should be followed, not only when we are serving in Kenya, but even all over the world. I beg to support. view
