So, I want to support this Motion so that we are able to come up with recommendations. If this is a drug then how is this supposed to be regulated? I fully support.

4 Jul 2013 in National Assembly:
On a point of order, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Some of us have been seated in this House for quite a long time, because we are also very keen to contribute; but, all of a sudden, you gave the Floor to the hon. Member who has just walked in. It is not in the interests of fairness that you did so.

2 Jul 2013 in National Assembly:
Thank you, hon. Speaker. I think even if the tyranny of numbers has arrived, I still want to oppose. I am opposing the appointment of Mr. Njee Muturi because the immediate former Solicitor-General was one Wanjuki Muchemi. The Speaker of this National Assembly is J.B. Muturi. 26 Jun 2013 in National Assembly:
Hon. Speaker, I wish to seek clarification from the Leader of the Majority in terms of the free maternity incentive. That is based on the fact that most of the women who deliver at most of our hospitals are HIV/AIDS positive. What measures have been put in place to ensure that the HIV/AIDS positive women also get proper services? This should also be connected to free family planning. What measures have also been put in place to ensure that these women access free family planning services?

26 Jun 2013 in National Assembly:
Secondly, the Leader of Majority Party has mentioned the youth fund. One of the things that we, the women Members sitting in this House, have always been agitating for has been the issue of the women fund. When he talks about the youth fund, we feel left out because we know where we have come from and the role that women are playing in this country. So, I would like him to mention something about the women fund alongside the youth fund that the Government is going to restructure.
