Well, that is information because those are details. I also thought the Senate Majority Leader would, in his defence, indicate the venue of that meeting which was a meeting of governors. Sen. Order, Sen. Murkomen! While I appreciate your knowledge of the Constitution and I do not disagree, I wish you could also take the trouble of learning your Standing Orders. You have just clarified that, that message was given to the Committee today. The Standing Orders do not allow you to divulge that information until you have brought a report to the House.
