Hon. Senators, Sen. Mong’are from Nyamira is new and so is Sen. Abdirahman from Wajir. They all came to the first Senate for the first time. If Sen. Abdirahman from Wajir seems to have understood the Standing Orders, then there is no explanation why the Senator from Nyamira has not understood them. He is completely out of order. In any case, he has already approached the Chair and was guided accordingly.
