Order, Senators! There are two issues I want to rule on. The first one was whether we would give more time for the Senators to speak to the amendment, which the Senator for Homa Bay had strongly persuaded me, but given that many people have attempted to do the same through points of order, I therefore wish to decline to pursue that route.
