You resolved only last week that you will have a generous time allocation of 15 minutes. I am sure that most of these points of order are really points of argument, which should come at that particular moment. So, be guided. view

Orengo. I think that Sen. Khaniri has a valid point. This matter was raised last week and we all agreed that during procedural Motions that we are engaged in, those were not opportunities for a Maiden Speech.
