A point of order is for purposes of demonstrating that something is not properly placed before the House. If you want an opportunity to speak, you just rise from your seat and try to catch the eye of the Speaker. However, rising up does not translate automatically to being seen. So, you will appreciate that. Can I have an indication of those willing to contribute to the Motion? view
