Is it in order for the Deputy Leader of Government, whom I know is talking in his personal capacity, but who does not seem to have the capacity of his position to ensure that Ministers are available to answer Questions? Only yesterday, the entire membership of the House Business Committee from the Government side was missing. view

I want to confirm to the House that most of the Committees have already looked at the Bills in anticipation of the time that was to be available to us. So, we are ready to go. view
