• 12 Sep 2012 in National Assembly: Hon. Members, I think these are differences on opinion. The Chair is actually satisfied that the Rt. hon. Prime Minister is saying that the matter has not been concluded by the Government, and Parliament is saying that they cannot wait for it to conclude the matter. I do not think we should go to the debate of whose mandate it is. Let us address the specific issues in this particular matter, and then we will make progress. view
