Order Members! I am actually surprised that we are debating an issue that is not there. The argument brought by Sen. Khaniri and supported by Sen. (Dr.) Machage and Sen. Hassan is wondering whether the Senate Leader of Majority is moving the Bill in the original form, opposing it, or proposing amendments.
