First, in order to dispose of it, you could actually treat them as separate because the Minister is bringing an additional clause and you are bringing another one. The problem, however, is that both of you are dealing with the Principal Secretary and yet you want to run away to the Cabinet Secretary. I think that changes the composition of the Committee if you go to the Cabinet Secretary. If you let it remain as Principal Secretary then I will just dispose of view
