In fact, Speaker’s Rule No.5 says:- “Senators shall be required not to enter the Chamber, lounge or dining room without being properly dressed” It has an equivalent standard for women. Be advised. ‘Finally on Standing Order No. 93, the interest that a Member needs to declare is proprietary and the interest already declared was non-proprietary. It was a matter of style. So, Sen.
