The difficulty with the Chair is that since the amendment had been proposed the natural thing is to move that way. So, if it has been withdrawn I have to restart the process; I think it is neater that way.

But you will remember that the amendment to Clause 1 was that that it be amended by deleting the word “financial” and substituting therefor the word “finance”. Mr. Shakeel, the Chair is more alert than the Back Bench. I am the Front Bench combined.
