Is it in order for the Assistant Minister to mislead this House that he will consider these roads when he has not confirmed to this House that he has already done the designs? That is the only way the Government will give a commitment. From the answer he has given, he has not even designed the roads. At least do the designs and then we will know they are in your programme of work! view
