Members, I am still contemplating whether to allow him or not because when a Question is brought to Parliament, the Minister is expected to anticipate some of the supplementary questions that would be asked. This is a matter that is definitely in the public domain. I expected the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kenya to have expected certain supplementary questions, particularly the one as to whether any Members of the National Assembly are part of those mentioned in that report or not. So, I thought I was going to get more guidance from hon. Members before I give direction. view
