The issue is not defacto, but the issue is official recognition by the UN and by his own Government. They have not recognized Somaliland, so how can he speak for it? view

But once you list them as part of the requirements, then it becomes a bit difficult for them to give you the qualifications of teachers, and they are looking for the same teachers from you. view
