Could the Ministry ensure that the councils do not dispose of more property until this asset sharing is done? Secondly, please respond to hon. • 25 Oct 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister has confirmed that they have entered into agreement with the donor on how to finance this particular Phase II of the project. They have also started procurement. He also said that because it is a donor- funded project, conditions keep changing. I am just wondering, if an agreement has been entered into, how can conditions be changed? That means that the agreement has been violated. Is he in order to mislead the House that he can vary the terms of an agreement when it is still in force? view

When these incidents took place, the police officers were only about three kilometres away when Mr. Romanio Losgey was killed. Further, what will he do to ensure that what appears to be ethnic cleansing of a minority community knows as Turkanas in Isiolo County will not be entertained by this Government? view
