He keeps on saying “It depends on the performance” and he has put performance in terms of a category of disabled persons. According to the Constitution, he is discriminating; he is not promoting the interests of the disabled persons. He needs to acquaint himself with the requirements of the new Constitution and to align his thoughts and deeds according to these requirements. Is he in order? view
