• 25 Aug 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, the Third Schedule be amended in paragraph (3)- (i) by renumbering the second paragraph numbered as paragraph (2) as paragraph (3); (ii) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after the renumbered paragraph (3)- “(4) No member or member of staff of the Commission shall transact business with the Commission directly or indirectly”. I do not need to explain that. view
