I am usually inclined to abide by what the Minister requests because I think he is competent and does a good job, except in this circumstance. I feel as if it is an abuse; I feel as if the Minister and the Government are not taking the issue of the livelihoods and the ecosystem of Lake Turkana Basin seriously in the same way they have condemned us to poverty and death. view
