On Sub-vote 315, Head 813, Item 3110200- Construction of Buildings for Adult Education Department, you have a constant figure of Kshs20 million. Again, I am just seeking a clarification from the Minister. Why do we have the same figure every year and when will that building be constructed? Is this going to be another source of construction being the same as renovation? view
