We also made the comment earlier that unless you put a case that will require that kind of substantiation, you should just not go ahead to produce evidence without the need for it. So, when you get challenged as Sen. Orengo has done, or if you are making a point that requires that kind of substantiation, you can adduce evidence to that effect limited to that issue. Sen.
