In order to move towards Vision 2030, can the Minister consider--- Can the Minister consider a facility built by the Norwegians in Turkana 20 years ago that was meant to be a teacher training college and the Lodwar Polytechnic for upgrading to institutions of higher learning, so that we can realize Vision 2030 within 2030 period? view
