You will appreciate that when the President presided over the Official Opening of this Session, in terms of thanking this House for its good work in the Third Session, he actually indicated that he had not signed this Bill into law. Since every law in anticipation of the proposed Constitution will be subject to the Constitution, I do not see any problem at all. I accept the amendment proposed by the President. view
