We have been told that the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry of Finance had errors in the Supplementary Estimates. Indeed, there were, at least in the initial one. My new Assistant Minister also cannot count the figures. Total allocations for the County Council of Turkana was Kshs480 million, if I may just give gross figures. The differential is accounted by penalties. The variance in respect of Turkana County Council is Kshs107 million, but the penalties account for Kshs9 million.
