The Standing Order No.75 is what hon. Abdalla invoked, which says that:- "A Member who wishes to speak on any matter in which he has a personal interest shall first declare that interest unless it is obvious". Could the hon. Samburu hosts the best wildlife sanctuaries in this nation and somebody has been killed by one of these animals. The death took place in 1998. By that time, they would have been compensated at the lower quantum. Since then, the law has been amended to enhance the quantum. When will he pay the family of the deceased the higher figure as per the law now and not then? view
