I will allow those two because they are not a burden to the animal. You can only ride when your weight is less than the one carrying you. They are related because one takes it forward in terms of rehabilitation plans and the other one is the conduct in which the campaign was carried out. These are relevant to the Statement. If you wanted to know the genesis of the Equalization Fund, it did not begin with our term. It began with the promulgation of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010.
