• 29 Mar 2016 in Senate: Order, Senators! Sen. Khaniri made a very clear case; that on three occasions, the chairman walked out when the matter was supposed to be appearing. These walk-outs have translated to total absence. Therefore, Sen. Murungi, the situation is definitely deteriorating. Secondly, there is already a ready answer. Therefore, if he is too busy, he could delegate to the Vice Chairperson or any other Member of the committee. Therefore, I agree with Sen. Khaniri.
