Senators, I wish to make a communication with respect to His Excellency the President’s memoranda on the Public Audit Bill (National Assembly Bill No.38/2014) and the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Bill (National Assembly Bills No. 40/2014). This communication is intended to give guidance on the procedure for the disposal of the Presidential Memoranda on the two Bills.
