Order, Members! I am consulting on the dress and I will issue my ruling either tomorrow or Tuesday once I have assembled all my facts. For now, the preliminary investigations seem to allow Sen. Kanainza to dress that way because she has a neck tie. I am not sure whether ladies are allowed to wear neck ties. Neck ties go with jackets and she has one.
