I wish to confirm to Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. and the rest of the membership that consultations took place. They agreed on some framework of considering the amendments. As Sen. Murkomen observed, amendments can only come at the Committee Stage. What we are doing in concluding Second Reading is in no way going to affect other processes that are taking place.
