Billow rose to ask that the Mover be called upon to reply. That was the expectation because it is a custom and tradition. Order, Members! We have exhausted the number of people who wish to contribute. Before I call upon the Mover to reply, I feel constrained to clarify Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale’s issue about the tradition of Sittings and why we, as a Senate, removed the morning Sitting. It was not because of lack of business.
