• 7 Jul 2015 in Senate: It is so ordered. I would like to remind Sen. Murungi that we appreciate your internal arrangement in terms of division of labour. That is highly recommended. However, there is no division of labour in terms of responsibility. Standing Order No.45 (2)(b) states:- “A Senator may request for a Statement from a Committee Chairperson.” So, the responsibility is yours.
