Senators, that brings us to the end of that particular point of order, but there is still one more. Just to summarise, Sen. (Dr.) Machage concluded it as I would have directed. Let the Standing Committee on Health do a comprehensive report. The transfer of functions is well spelt out in the Constitution and we do not need any new provisions. As Sen.
