I do not think it is the business of this House to start apologising on behalf of public servants. It is our job to press and press on so that they do a better job for the country. Give them that opportunity. Let them explain to you because when they hear you they might get a reason to delay. view

I had the opportunity to say it on the Floor, on a matter requested by Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale. I said that we had not sought concurrence and that the Bill was already before the National Assembly. So, it did not come to us. view
