I am persuaded to agree with you. The report should be comprehensive to address the issues that the petitioner has requested. The Committee should also take into account any issues that are sub judice and state as much. You will also remember what our Standing Orders say on the issue of sub judice, we have to petition on the Floor of the House and convince the House that these issues are already active before the courts and that decision still has to be taken by the Speaker, whether to sustain or not.
