I remember before we went on recess, you raised the matter on whether concurrence had been sought on the Public Audit Bill (National Assembly Bill No.38 of 2014) and I confirmed that it had not been sought. Indeed, Sen. Musila the Chair cannot agree with you more. We have had the occasion to remind Committees not to overstay with Bills. Before we went on recess, we went further to give notices. Failure to do so, we will proceed. So, we only need to verify the facts that you have established. If those timelines have been achieved, I assure you that your Bill will be published irrespective of what the Committee is doing with it.
