The Motion is before us and as we contribute to it, the leadership of the House can retreat behind here and give us directions. I will deal with the technicalities. Sang has actually got the crux of the matter. My concern is that there must have been an admission by Sen. Murkomen in the first instance because even when Sen. Orengo tried to tell him that it is not the Constitution, it is this Bill which Sen. Sang has agreed to, we just need to be fair to each other. That was all we are asking. Proceed Sen. Sang. view
