Initially, I allowed you because you had not dug deeper but you have gone further to confirm that you looked at somebody and mentioned him. You have even gone further to describe the differential in age. Therefore you have made a specific one, making the Standing Order more binding than you are appreciating. That Standing Order is still applicable when you are talking about any other Senator in the House. That brings disrespect to the House.
