So, I would not say you are bullish, but persistent and consistent. The Senate must demonstrate to the country that we accommodate each other and we are a responsible House. You can add as many words as you wish. I would, therefore, allow the Bell to be rung for one hour for purposes of ensuring we have more Members. If Sen.
