First, I want to make it absolutely clear that my proposal still remains the best under the circumstances. Order! I would not want to use the word “bullish” because if I determine that you are bullish, you know I would send you out. So, I would not say you are bullish, but persistent and consistent. The Senate must demonstrate to the country that we accommodate each other and we are a responsible House. You can add as many words as you wish.
