That submission by the Mover brings us to the closure of this particular debate. But before we vote, there is a requirement of the Constitution and the County Governments Act that the Senate shall after according the Governor an opportunity to be heard, vote on the impeachment charges. So, we will now allow the Governor and his lawyer to come and we will give them a maximum of 30 minutes; if they could use less time, the better. I shall, therefore, call the Chief Serjeant-at-arms to find one Martin Nyaga Wambora and bring him to the Senate Chamber. ( Hon. ...
