It is obvious that we are in another Chamber. This Chamber has two sides and the other one had one. You will notice that even the Speaker, in the other Chamber, could only bow once. Today, I did it to the right and left. So, it is incumbent upon any other Senator to realize the new circumstances. So, I cannot allow any other way but to follow what is the proper procedure. view
