Sen. Kivuti, if you had discussed with Sen. Karaba, why would he want to raise the matter? It would appear to me that the natural thing was to look at the agreement you had made and then you would have reported fully after the visit.

Karaba, while I appreciate your submissions, I do not think it is also the good use of the House time to discuss things like when a Committee will visit, especially when both of you agree that you have been consulting. I take it that you will continue with consultations, agree on a date that is convenient to all the parties. This House will expect a report that is complete and not just a progress report.
